Returns & Replacements Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only if:
- Product is damaged during delivery
- Wrong product is received
- Manufacturing defect is found
❌ We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Return Request Time
- Return/replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- After 48 hours, request will not be accepted
Proof Required
To process return, customer must provide:
- Unboxing video or photos
- Clear image of damaged/wrong product
Product Condition
To be eligible:
- Product must be unused
- Must be in original packaging
- All tags and accessories should be intact
Replacement Process
- Once approved, replacement will be shipped within 3–7 business days
- If replacement is not available, refund/store credit will be provided
Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to original payment method
Shipping Charges
- Return shipping may be borne by customer unless product is wrong/damaged from our side
